Came here last week for a birthday meal it was my first visit here
I greeted by a very polite man called Sam who me so welcome lovely atmosphere
While seated at my table there was a lovely lady called Claudia who was extremely helpful and assisted me with my meal as I am disabled I had the salmon wellington and she put all the vegetables on etc and brought my meal to the table which was a massive help and could not thank her enough
My experience here was wonderful very high standards and my food was very enjoyable and no disappointments whatsoever
A big thank you to the wonderful staff
Will certainly vist again in the future

If you advertise breakfast till 11, why is there nothing hardly to choose at 10.30 and to be told they’re not cooking anything else. Food was dry and awful. Not coming back.

No one covering the reception at the door,
No acknowledgement of our booking,
No explanation of the offer and how it works,
No bread or eggs at the point of service,
No one monitoring the food for re fills,
No one wanted to clear our table, had to ask,
Food was nice except the black pudding which must have been out too long,
Value for money good overall
I would go back, but organisation needs to be dramatically improved and staff need to be more focused all round !!!!

We didn't book a table, so we sat in the bar until one became available, it didn't take long to get seated, there's a good choice of meats, plenty vegetables, and fresh gravy
